On this day I went to College Park station to test my my new (to me) Nikon D810 with an old Nikon 135mm f2 Manual Focus lens and a Nikon 85mm f1.8 FX AF lens.

JPBX 315, Stadler KISS, EMU Cab Car
- Train 143 at College Park
- On Monday, October 26, 2026, at College Park in San Jose, CA, Caltrain northbound train 143 sped to San Francisco. This train had the Caltrain (JPBX) Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) 315-316 trainset.

JPBX 306 & 305 "Ana Eshoo", Stadler KISS, EMU Cab Cars
- Train 140 at College Park
- On Monday, October 26, 2026, at College Park in San Jose, CA, Caltrain southbound train 140 pulled into the College Park stop to pick up students from Bellarmine College Preparatory school. This train connects with other trains going south to Gilroy. This trainset had the Caltrain (JPBX) Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) 306 and 305 "Ana Eshoo" cab cars as bookends.

- At about 4:25 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, at College Park in San Jose, CA, Caltrain southbound train 519 was leaving San Jose. This train had the Caltrain (JPBX) Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) 325-326 trainset.

- At about 5 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, at College Park in San Jose, CA, Caltrain southbound train 416 approached San Jose. This train had the Caltrain (JPBX) Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) 334-333 trainset.

ACE meets Caltrain
- Meet at College Park
- Shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, at College Park in San Jose, CA, southbound Caltrain train 144 met northbound/eastbound F40PH-3C powered Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) train ACE08. Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) Cab Car Caltrain JPBX 328 was on the point of train 144 and ACEX 3104 and 3102 were shoving on the rear of train ACE08.

UP 1001 EMD/GMLG GP60
- Freight at College Park
- At 6 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, at College Park in San Jose, CA, Union Pacific (UP) 1001, 1338 and 1495 led a northbound UP freight. I am not sure if this was a Salinas Turn, Mission Bay Turn or something else?

Notes from Day
College Park Depot in San Jose
- 3:30 p.m. — Caltrain northbound train 143, JPBX 315-316 trainset.
- 4:25 p.m. — Caltrain southbound train 519 was leaving San Jose. This train had the 325-326 trainset.
- 5 p.m. — Caltrain southbound train 416 approached San Jose. It had 334-333 trainset.
- 5:30 p.m. — Southbound Caltrain train 144 met northbound/eastbound ACE train ACE08. EMU Cab Car Caltrain JPBX 328 was on the point of train 144 and ACEX 3104 and 3102 were shoving on the rear of train ACE08.
- 6:00 p.m. — Union Pacific (UP) 1001, 1338 and 1495 led a northbound UP freight. I am not sure if this was a Salinas or Mission Bay Turn or something else?
