SP 3910 in Klamath Falls

Southern Pacific SD9 3910 and 3942 are sitting in Klamath Falls, Oregon on July 20, 1973. I believe these units were being used by the OC&E then. Perhaps they are waiting to go out on the “Midnight Logger.”
