Reading Company Technical & Historical Society is a non-profit corporation dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of the Reading Railroad.

ARRX's DL 596, ALCo FA2

ARRX's DL 596 is an ALCo FA2. Reportedly: it was built in 1956 by ALCo, builders number 81087, LN 315.
Reporting marks and numbers said by some to be associated this locomotive include: LIRR 603, L&N 315 (being restored by AHRS). According to Steve Barry (in late 2023), "The NYC livery was applied for a photo shoot on Southern Railroad of New Jersey about 30 years ago. In fact, only the nose was painted. It never worked for NYC."

Anthracite Railroads Historical Society Incorporated (ARHS, reporting mark ARRX) owned Delaware-Lakawana Railroad (DL) 596 is outside the DL shops, Scranton, PA on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.

Reading Company (reporting mark RDG)

RDG 467 ALCo RS3

Former RDG 467 is an ALCo RS3. Reportedly: It was built in 1952 by ALCo builders number 79873. It subsequently went to Peabody Coal (PCCX) 467. It was donated by Peabody Coal Co. to the Anthracite Railroads Historical Society Incorporated (ARHS, reporting mark ARRX).
